We ship all around the world via CourierPost. 

Once your item has been sent it should arrive within three to fifteen days depending on your location on this planet. Due to the effects of COVID-19 on international post there may be delays. All parcels are sent via courier are tracked & signed for.

• AUSTRALIA - Courier cost $25

• USA/ ASIA - Courier cost $109

• REST OF WORLD - courier cost $109

All customs or duties taxes are the responsibility of the buyer.  Once your order has left New Zealand it may be subject to customs clearance procedures which can cause delay beyond estimated delivery times.  Please be aware of your countries policy on this.

Outliv make bags designed to last... but we know that sometimes favourite items may need a bit of repair time to time to keep them looking great.

If your bag has had a lot of love and needs a bit of attention we will repair your bag for you.  Just contact us at studio@outliv.co to book it in.

If for some reason you are not happy with your purchase you can return it for a for a full refund or an exchange within 7 days of purchase. Again, one of the team will be able to help you, just email us at studio@outliv.co.
